Guys, I'm getting loads of knocks from the front end. Garage can't find anything other than a little play in steering rack ends.

i have worsening rattles from both sides (front) over speedbumps and rough surfaces, but, more worryingly, and odd clatter from what sounds like back of the engine, low down, on gear change.

garage reckon the engine mounts look ok, and think the exhaust is resonating against something, but does anyone have any ideas, or can anyone recommend someone who knows what they're doing with the 197 in Merseyside?
