197 engine mounts! Help please!

Alright guys, my clio 197 has developed a nice... Massive blow from a cracked manifold, so I have brought a new toyosport one and have it booked in to be fitted next month..
However I've been advised to also buy the engine mounts buy will need to supply them myself... Problem is I haven't got a clue WHAT I'm looking for and WHERE to get them from. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I got my engine mount/dog bone mount from europarts, and used powerflex insert which I got from eBay, that will pro long the life of your new manifold

I meant to put the eBay find on here but I've tagged you in a new post to eBay. Theyre not expensive. TB Rich

Probably worth getting the upper stabiler bar too, I think Poweflex to a kit for that as well.

Be warned that it's common for the Toyosport manifold to touch the subframe (ie - they aren't very well made!) you may have to notch the subframe to stop this happening, the new engine mounts will help too.

Torque arm and lower engine mount should be all you need, both work to stop the engine moving back/fourth and knocking against the manifold. I personally wouldn't bother with the upper mount insert - it's the one that adds most of the vibration.

Lower Mount £25.13 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Clio-3-Sp...OUNT-INSERT-/121370492716?hash=item1c423ebf2c
Upper Torque Arm £29.93 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Clio-3-Sp...UE-ARM-BUSH-/121370492786?hash=item1c423ebf72

And here's the upper engine mount insert if you decide you do want all 3 - £26.94 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Clio-3-Sp...OUNT-INSERT-/181446307432?hash=item2a3f0aee68

You might be able to find the mounts a couple £ cheaper elsewhere, but this is about "normal" price for them

Go for the Lower Mount and Upper Torque Arm, but pass on the Upper engine mount. It produces too many vibrations. I had it removed after a couple of days.

Echo this. I've currently got upper and torque arm and upper engine mount installed and seriously considering removing the upper mount and installing the lower in combination with the torque arm.

As the guys have said above doing all three gives a fair amount of vibration. I fitted them a few weeks ago and will give it a few months to see if it settles down otherwise the upper engine mount will be changed back to OEM

I fitted just the upper torque link and lower engine mount insert and TBH after a few hundred miles I don't even notice vibrations other than on pull away.
