197 Cup suspension height

Can anyone with standard r27 or cup suspension be able to measure the front and rear height for me?

Ideally from the bottom of the rim (not tire) to the guard.

Want to confirm something I have been thinking about more than anything.

Dimension K 120mm std and 113 on cup/R27 cup suspension is 7mm lower J is the rear measurement and also 7mm difference between std and cup
