12,000 Service

Alright guys, my car is due it's 12,000 mile service and is booked in for 28th April. That's the soonest I could get it in as I have been booked solid for work until then...My worry is by then I will be over the 12,000 miles. Does anyone know what the leaway is for service mileage ie. how much over they would allow? Has anyone elses car been over the mileage for it's service and if so how much? My car currently has 11,200 on the clock but by then could be 600-800 miles over. WHat's your thoughts on this guys?

Its not going to be a problem at all. Im sure someone has asked something similar before, no idea when though. TBH they cant really argue over a couple of hundred miles. If its the earliest you can do then there isn't much you can do about it.

mins at 11500 miles aswell, i though i was the only one with a high milage 200, they told me they normally advise no more than 1000 miles over the 12000 mark.

how much is yours costing mate?

had my service light come on at just under 11000 miles if i remember for my 1st service

Had it done the other day got it in earlier, £208. Stoke wanted £230!!!
