So just pulled the trigger on these. £72!!! Am I mad?!
they look cool but... £72?????
I know right.......
I bought a set of Interlagos wheels and put them on my Clio. They came with no centre caps and I just bought a set of eBay for around £8. They just had the chrome diamond and not the RS logo. I couldn’t justify that money for centre caps lol.
They used to be more than that
I'm guilty of such buys mate.
A single one goes for 19,90 € over here so the price is not off that much. The ones with the diamonds are slightly cheaper but still range from about 12,- to 16,- € new.
I should learn not to go on ebay late at night when I'm bored! Ha
Well they’ve arrived and I’m really happy with them! They might be expensive but you can’t put a price in happiness right?!
Haven't fitted them yet, will get some pics up once fitted.
Is there a reason RS's didn't have these as standard?
I think they first came with the Interlagos rims of the Ange & Démon version in 2012. Never saw them on earlier models or other rims before.
Got round to fitting them today, really pleased with them! My speedlines have been powder coated ‘gloss black’
Having taken my old centre caps off, the caps look more matt black, where as the new ones ars now gloss black and match perfectly.
Sometimes the little details make all the difference! Here’s some pics, old vs new.....
Yes I know I now need to change my wheel bolts before someone says it! Any recommendations?
(Sorry about the poor quality pics, combination of poor lighting and my iphone.)
They look good! I totally agree how it’s the small details that I love getting right!
They look cool, they are the same ones that are on my 275 megane! I want the ones of the new 280 for the megane as they have a red ring around them and my megane is flame red! But they are £25 each or so
