Hi, I am finding conflicting information about steering rack and inner track rods compatibility. So, does anyone know if standard inner track rods for 197/200 (7701475837) will fit on to the steering rack from X85 cup racer (7711160046)? X85 cup racer parts numbers ChatGPT is saying yes...

Can you get a quick rack for these? I saw a place (brt motorsport I think) made a rack and pinion for the mk2 but I think you have to change from hydraulic to electric? Did the cup racer or R3 have a quick rack? Is the 200 cup racks 7.5% very noticeable? Is it a big job to change?
