Hello everyone. I got this message out of the blue. VERLOG-ACTIVE (SOFTWARE LOCK ENABLED) and the car won't start since then. does anyone know why this happened? or how to 'delete' this error? (X85 cup racer )

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to the forums and i do not really post much, however i do come on here quite a bit for your knowledge and expertise. I now need that very help and expertise. I have recently purchased a KTEC RenFlash ECU re-mapping tool and no matter what i try i can not get it...

My Clio has a missfire not on a specific cylinder and I am told the ECU may need to be repaired. Does anyone know how to remove the black steel cover on the ECU which is mounted behind the battery please. Is there a speical tool required? Thanks

Opened up my ECU on my R27 to see what type of chip reader or emulator to get and this is what I saw. Any ideas what the top left empty port is for? Do you guys think that you can actually use an emulator at the port? Sorry for the poor image quality. This is supposed to be an 8.1 Mega pixel...
