An update for anyone with the same issue. A few weeks after posting this thread I noticed that there seemed to be a blowing noise coming from the car, especially when cold and when driving past parked cars at 2-3k. The blowing then suddenly got much worse to the point where the car sounded...

Just as an update if anyone else has the same issue. I got the flexis replaced at a local Renault specialist and the car is now back to normal.

Okay perfect, that’s great to know thank you. I’m going to get them to drop the lower mount in at the same time too. Just took it for a drive to get some shopping and now it sounds like a spitfire so might avoid driving it purely due to the embarrassment hahah

Just ordered the lower mount, hopefully that stops me destroying another set of flexis. Cheers for your help

Hey guys, I’ve got an annoying exhaust rattle at exactly 2.5k. It seems to be coming from under the middle to front of the car and is louder under load. Here’s a video of the sound I’ve had a look under the car and given the exhaust a few knocks but nothing seems to be obviously wrong with it...

Thank you. Managed to get it in properly (ish) now. Needed to bend the little securing tabs on the clips in a little so the clips didn’t pop off the light.

Tried to change the bulb in my centre brake light earlier today. After getting it out and replacing the bulb I can’t seem to get the housing to fit snugly anymore and it just rattles around. Any ideas?
