I've got new rear calipers and new handbrake cables. When adjusting the handbrake I've noticed one side doesn't quite spin freely when the handbrake is released no matter how much I adjust it. Any ideas why this could be happening?

Anyone know where I can get some top mount covers for my 197? Just took the scuttle panel off to clean it all out and noticed that the foam seal around the top mount covers had all perished away. Thanks, Laurie
