    Needing some serious help!!

    Another tip... is to remove caliper, then importantly also remove the disc, replace the caliper, pop the spring plate out which then will give you full access to try and "spin" the pins to brake the hold using some moles, bit of lube etc... then they should be easier to punch out... save a pin...

    Yup and thx, the rear mtecs dont look bad too, I had to replace all discs and pads as failed the MOT, got quoted around 7-800 by the garage, was able to do for around 230 by diy'ing .... fronts 60 delivered, rears 135, front pads "amazon warehouse" £7.59... yup £7.59 genuine brembo's absolute...

    Knocking noise.

    Check the plastic around the spring hasn't popped out, as it creates a metal on metal clunk when the spring unloads - jack up pop the wheel off and reinsert if it has - easy fix if the case (had the same problem on mine) Bl**dy speed ups! :-D

    Knocking over bumps

    I had a similar issue, found mine to be the plastic protection/damper around the suspension spring had popped out - I think its quite common on the clio, (probably due to the amount of speed bumps and not slowing down enough :-) Just jacked mine up popped the wheel off and relocated the plastic...

    No I don't believe so, mine on my 06 197 clio sports mk 111 are 300mm diameter, they are showing 240mm ?? I couldn't find any to suit on the ap site? struggled to find brembo rears at a fair price and have just fitted MTEC drilled and grooved on the back that were 135.00 delivered for the pair.

    Difficulty removing brake pins

    Did mine last night :-D (always have a new set of pins ready by the way) mine were well stuck, tip! try as I did pop the spring/shield out of the way, then try using moles to spin the pins to to break the hold the caliper has, and yes then a bit of hammer with a good punch does the job :-D...

    As requested :-D I managed to get to fit at least one rear disk yesterday prior to it p$%£ing it down :-D Tips, disconnect the handbrake cable to make moving the caliper out of the way and this also aids servicing and manipulating the caliper itself if you are not going to disconnect...
