Ive just jacked mine up and found it to be a loose bolt allowing the diffuser to have slight play... but i think with the exhasut heating it up it casued the banging to become alot more noticeable! Hope its sorted now!

Yeah I get this mate... I notice it when it gets warm, I agree with the heat shield being the cause! Shall take diffuser off and tack down it where it sits under the exhaust! Only got it on the drivers side though :s

I think it's just personal perception of how we see a track day! I see it as a day to have fun on a track, but not be stupid and push or race anyone, I never pushed myself to go over my skill level and therefore never felt in danger! Ill admit saying it looked silly was wrong, as you don't...

It is, but I'd have to take out a loan then pay off finance... Then lay off loan! But I'm sure the interest on the loan would be silly as they wouldn't want me to pay it off so quickly. Ill try advertise it with it made clear about the finance outstanding and the options available

On my trackday I just wore what was comfortable... So jeans t shirt and a hoody is what I wore! I wore some flat soles trainers and went and had a blast! And a helmet lol There were guys there in full sparco race suits shoes gloves the lot.... Only guys on the day who did! Looked silly as...

Yeah was awkward, especially after the lunch break... As there were standing puddles of water that weren't there before! So they'd catch you out.... As in the video haha :)

I fitted these sprigs to my standard 197 Did a track day on them yesterday and it was epic! So I don't think it'll affect the handling at all! I fitted the pro lines too.
