Thanks for pointing me towards this thread Mr.Foxspeed, looks like an issue on most 197's and nothing to be too concerned about, looks like my buyer missed out on a good car afterall.

Noticed now and again from cold my 197 kangaroo's a little bit, its done it since i purchased it but i just put it down to it being a tuned engine, but i had a guy test drive it the other day and he picked up on it, so do they all do it? why? is there a fix? cheers.

Tardis and Iron-x should be used in conjunction with each other as they achieve different results, Tardis for tar, tree sap, insects ect and Iron-x for metal based contaminates.

I'm running an Andy Forrest td05-20g and a version 8 sti tmic.

That'll be the ecutec race rom software, also does duel maps and a form of anti lag.

Just tinted protectors, but i do drive the car like that, until it starts to get dark.

Its a wrx, with lots of revisions, its been running circa 400/400 for a few years now, conservatively mapped by Andy Forrest:jase2:, brakes are K-sport 356mm rota's and 8pot calipers with ebc blue stuff pads, yeah their Rota grid drifts but i kinda wish id gone for the rota force drifts now...

Im undecided as to what to do with the rears,.... was thinking about the earlier model impreza lamps as their a red lense with a small clear upper section, a popular mod on my model impreza.
