I really think it is achievable , im sure if you hunt andy from clio turbo he can shed some light on your situation but like i said they arnt in on the internet or FB anymore , but there is past posts from him on other forums ,

just searched for clioturbo.co.uk , and they seemed to have disappeared , they would of been the port of call to ask about the blocks

buy the ktec Y-pipe and get it fitted by your local garage which has a good welder in or you could remove the manifold your self and take it to a exhaust fabricator and get them to weld it on , i did and it was rather easy to remove and put back on

it might be a dead pre cat , mine used to rumble rattle when pulling away , put a ktec Y pipe on and job was sorted !
