    Take the caliper off using a 12mm allen key! Lay it on a mat on the ground and smack away. You get a better hit and they can pop out straight away. I had the same issue with them not moving.     Just did mine 2 days ago with the same oil and its so much smoother into gears. I had a issue with 5th to 3rd on trackdays so I will see Monday if this suits. Cold starts were very good until this morning when i couldnt get any gears but the last two days i could no problem. PITA

    i have this issue but its on the downshifts from 5th or 4th into 3rd. now i can do a trackday and it will be crunching but they all of a sudden it will stop. Im changin the oil first to redline and will know by the 17th of march haha

    any update on this? Im currently in talks with a company about making a rear strut brace so to speak but using the correct steel on it like they do for the rollcages. I know you cant keep rear setas but it may work out cheaper!
