I would also just check that your brakes are not binding slightly on one side and causing it to pull one way. If you raise the car slightly you can check by just spinning the wheel and ensuring it free wheels nicely with no interference from the brakes.

All fronts from B pillar forward generally will already have the maximum tint allowed ie: graded AS1 windscreen and AS2 front sides. This tends to be the standard manufactured glass now. This is a 25% tint on windscreen and 30% tint on sides. Adding any extra tint puts you on dodgy ground...

Do you actually need the 12mm allen key if you are only changing pads? Looks as though to access the pads it's just the retaining pins and the retaining spring that have to be removed??
