Thanks to everyone's help. The pins did not come out. At all. 3 mechanics, 3 other different people and a shed load of tools later... No pins out. Then to make it worse, one final good smack and the caliper split. Great... So Im picking up new shiny ones today. :-)

Got a snap on set of punch tools. 4 big old hammers and still no avail. They've prob been in for around 30k miles but nobody has serviced them at any time :-(

Hey all, ive come over from 133.net and have owned a twingo GT for the past year, ive now got the opportunity to get a 197 and i am currently looking :) if anyone could give some advice one what to look for etc (i know about cambelts and dephaser pulleys) but anything else would be great...

Those things were crazy... Can't remember their name though :-S

I use ferodo ds2500 and brembo HC discs.. Can't fault them performance wise but light braking they can squeel like a pig sometimes

Only 3 of those made though?
