A while ago I aquired a set of Clio Cup Racer brake pads. They are made by Ferodo and say "Clio Cup" on the back along with something about them not being for road use..... What are they like on the road? Are they dangerous when cold or can you live with them?

Or they could make a shear pin with a nut on the end. It's pressed/welded for cheapness.
