only had two cars but 4 engines started with standard 106 quicksilver then reshelled a rallye into it. then got my 197 which stayed standard for a week or two. then after a few years got my 4th engine by boosting it.

Well big update but not a good one, she's gone bang so looking like needs a new engine

belts should have been done when the car was 5 years so its either been done or its over due.

i use the standard gear knob and just got bic to make me a carbon top with the reverse in the correct position.

megane box = megane drive shafts plus the megane intermediate bearing bracket clio box = clio driveshafts and bits that were already on the car when it had clio engine.

how you attached it at the back? i got a spare centre to do that but couldn't work out how to attach it.

i replaced mine got a new one from renault it requires the mirror unbolting three bolts a think off top of my head and then the new part clips in and has sticky strip to attach it as well as the clips 5 min job.

last weekend did a bit of wheeling and dealing. so now running a set of. they need a clean like the rest of the car and also need some black tpi bolts
