Is anyone else able to help with whats needed to mount the top mounts on the kw v3 coilovers? I have message tombate but havent had a response and i'm reassembling my car next week after a year and a half off the road so really want to be putting the top mounts whilst doing so.

Hi has anyone got measurements for the inside of the standard wheels for brake clearance? Or the size of disc/ calliper assembly? My cars in bits and I don’t have any wheels at the moment to take measurements and want to make sure new wheels will clear the brakes!

We’re they the right ones?

What age is your car? Does it have the 197/ early 200 top mounts or the later smaller top mounts?

the kw v3 are different around the spring seat so it needs something different there not just nut/sleeve size differences.

I was speaking to tombate911 about this ages ago, havent troubled him since because i'm not in a position to buy anything until later this year ( wedding yawn ). I do however have my KW v3's off the car on the shelf so more than happy to take measurements etc as I do want a set of top mounts...

Had a lot of oil pooling on top of the lower half of the inlet manifold and around he injectors, found its coming from around the camshaft sensor, there doesn’t look to be a seal on it when I took it out, should there be? Has anyone had this and sorted it? The sensor is working fine I just...

Getting a spacer made up, when fitting a diff have others just re used the ring gear bolts or bought new ones? Struggling to find replacements.

Ok I have got the box apart and have measured up for the new shim, anyone recommend anywhere to get one made up if i send them dimensions?

Anyone know where these shims are required in the box when fitting this diff? I have one due to be fitted was either going to have a go myself or give it to a local garage but if it needs shimmed I want to be able to tell them about it before hand so they don’t miss it out!

I’ve got my engine and box out at the moment doing various things including fitting an lsd. I want to do flywheel and clutch aswell, haven’t bought anything yet so interested in which is the best in terms of lightness and cost etc. My car sees minimal road use and is more geared for track use...

hi, I’m in the process of pulling my engine/gearbox out, the passenger side driveshaft won’t come out of the gearbox, the workshop manual refers to a clip removal tool but I’m not seeing anything when looking at the shaft. Is there anything or do I just need to give it a good tug lol.

I have just sold a tunepoint radio fom my 200 and the buyer cant get it to work, presumably it needs an unlock code? is this something that using the serial number would work?
