Not correct about the Motorsport I'm afraid. Nitrogen does not reduce pressure fluctuations. Removing moisture removes pressure fluctuations caused by temperature. Removing the moisture is usually a by-product of producing nitrogen for inflation, but most machines don't do this very well...

I don't know, you'd have to ask Dan. However, seeing as the OP has stated he's not going for any other mods, only he can decide whether the extra cost of a RR is worth it, considering the extra cost, when a well proven off the shelf remap will give him the majority of the gains, at a lower cost...

I wouldn't think twice about travelling to k-tec, and have done so a number of times (feom Norfolk). Well worth the journey! Depending on what you want done, Dan at 519 automotive would also be worth a call. He's a top bloke who knows what he's doing, and is always happy to help.

I am not sure if there are physical wires for the signals you need, but all of the information you need is available on the CAN bus.

Ordered some a while ago and used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago to remove some marks from the headlining in my 197. It worked very well removing the marks, and was easy to use.

So are you planning on using OBDII data for the display or CAN data?

Can you post a link to where you've got the display from, because if it's £80 and has on-board CAN, that's a very good price?! Also, if you haven't looked at the data before, the middle of next week for having something running might be quite optimistic.

So is the plan to use the existing display, and retain its current display capabilities whilst adding new ones; or replace the display with a new one, adding back in the existing radio functionality, and adding new functions?
