Hi guys, Finally got round to getting the car mapped after winning the Xmas Giveaway! Pretty happy with the results, 197.8bhp and 163.9lb ft after the map, haven't had much of a chance to drive it yet but from the short stint back it definitely felt more responsive and power delivery feels...

Ive had the same thing, both sidelights seem to go in pairs for some reason!

How How did this go in the end? Im doing 200 cup rack into my 197 next week, hoping there will be no issues!

Hi Guys, Ive got a 197 non-cup 07, getting a 200 cup steering rack put into it next week, just wanted to make sure its a straight fit and won't cause any issues? Anyone had this done?

I think the part was 140 but i can't really say about labour as I got quoted for the whole job, subframe was going to have to come off for the other bits anyway.

Yeh I have thought of both of those things already, hoping the garage doesn't find anything untoward! I was thinking is it worth doing power flex bushings or anything?

Hi guys, Getting cambelt done, is there anything else I should get done whilst the engine's out? List of stuff I'm getting done so far New front subframe as it was corroded New steering rack as it comes with the ball joints that i need and fancied upgrading to the 200 cup rack driveshaft...

Either this, or when you got is serviced some idiot spilt oil everywhere... which i could see happening with a renault main dealer

Cheers guys, thats a great help! so basically I don't need headlight washers so long as i put halogen bulbs in them? And as for the cornering function, would that be a possible MOT failure if noticed?

Hi Guys, I want to buy what I think are referred to as projector lights (ones with the black inside bit). My car currently has the normal silver ones and I don't have headlight washers, basically I want to know if i can fit those projectors and if its legal? Not sure if they're Xenons Cheers...

I just jet washed my belts, pull them all the way out of the car and close the door, worked really well. Hopefully doesn't damaged the integrity of the belt...

Garage has just advised on mine that o/s driveshaft bearing is kaput and can cause those symptoms
