I agree the Clio does lack start line grunt, and the engine is not overalku tunable. Yeh don't want take the cornering charatrictes away from Clio and just turn it into a point and squirt style car like most people do

I'd run 215s if was my choice but only get 225s in trofeo's. The 205s were too small

Just have space it outwards about 6/7mm. With no spacers with 225s you'd have no issues.

Can run 20mm spacers with standard speedlines, in running 225 and had space front bumper a tad. If running 215s you'll be fine. On engine conversion , the 250 is a smart move. A lot newer engine over 225/r26, had better flowing turbo and more capable of taking increased tuning. Just a...

Certainly felt benifit of the spacers on the rear but it was very lively. Was still loose at rear on 18mms just not as bad. Think they'll work really well in dry on semi slicks. The track was not mega wet but seem'd really greasy. Them brakes have been bRillaint all season, the discs haven't...

Got them off my mate who works on the car. Use run Clio race cars so had few knocking around. Pure Motorsport doe them.

I've not really suffered with much Road rash 2bf. Think a lot sell them as when buy different alloys usually the ET is bigger so no need for spacers

Made a Change to rear of the car. Been running 18mm Spacers all round most year as felt comfortable with car but going switch to 5mm spacers at rear and leave the 18s on the front. See how it feels tomorrow. Made big difference to where wheel sits.

Sounds. Car defo turns in better and also scrubs the tyres so limits any rubber pick up on backs

When you spoke to me you said your tyres were cold when come back in? That isn't right. Was track still wet / damp/ greasy? As for the rattle , how have got the springs fitted? Also you stiffened the car up so could be heat shields , exhaust? My car rattled aswell in end removed heat...
