I've never had any problems dealing with ITG even if it not with Andy him self, that was very unprofessional of who ever it was on the other end of the phone!

Good news shell glad you are getting sorted it dose your head in trying to deal with people who try it on im in the same boat with a throttle actuator that i got refurbished. All dealers come with a 6 month warranty something to do with the trading standards act.

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience shell but once all done enjoy the car, all dealers come with a 6 month warranty regardless of what they say they should sort you out with the manifold or tell them you will take them to the small claims court.

If its a metallic noise like metal on metal clunk it could well be a loose top mount bearing.
