    Spring Choice?

Would go with eibach or save for KW v1's or better. I have the H&R, they give a good 40mm/30mm drop which make the car sit really well. Looks nice, However combined with the cup suspension they seem too stiff. Along an average fast British road the car bounces around like crazy makes the car...

Good man, don't let them be lazy. Yes very easy job mate, no more than 20-30 min job for an experienced mechanic. http://www.cazanracing.co.uk/powerflex--lower-engine-mount-insert-106460-p.asp If Cazan can't get them to you in time, then Ktec do them too, so if worst comes to worst, you may...

I agree, it looks like the toyosports one. [emoji4] like rogue said you should defiantly uprated the lower engine stabiliser mount to stop the mani knocking on the subframe. Powerflex or vibratech do them. Powerflex is a way cheaper option and just as good. Cazan do them and usually have them in...

What Manifold have you gone for mate? If it's the toyosports or Ktec manifold you will 100% need that remap as the flat spot will be huge.

    Discs and pads

I've heard it causes a squeaky clutch too. I use the AP racing formula dot 5.1 fluid with Goodridge braided hoses(stainless fittings). And have ds2500 and 2 piece 330mm discs on order atm.

    Merry Xmas from the 200

Is the rattle coming from the front or rear of the car? If it's the rear, drop the diffuser and make sure the exhaust is aligned properly and isn't touching anything, like the well for the spare tools, diffuser itself or some heat shielding. These exhaust are pain in the arse to align properly.

Hope everyone has had a good Christmas. Very happy with my present this year. Its a Rupes Bigfoot, LHR15ES machine polisher. Complete with 4 x compounds, 4 x pads, 4x microfibres. Very happy with the kit, it should help to enhance the clios paint work dramatically. I can't wait to test it out...

    Déjà-blue - The tale of R27 #375

I agree mate, Looks great with the r27 decals too. I hope so. My brakes aren't as sharp as I would like them, so I hope i see big improvements with the upgrade. I already have Goodridge hoses and AP dot 5.1 fluid, although I am tempted to change to the ATE super blue because of all the good...

    Ipod for the 200

This is how my iPhone is connected. I can play my music through it and listen to calls on loudspeaker. Don't have any control over the iPhone using the Clio controls other than volume obviously. Just connects via the headphone jack. Can't remember what the lead is called, I picked up the lead...

They are fun mate, if funds are tight remember powerflex do the polyurethane inserts, for the engine mount, lower stabiliser and the torque arm. Not sure about the gearbox mount though. Happy Christmas mate.

Hi mate, I would say if you like your car comfortable, then no I wouldn't recommend them. However mine are starting to settle down after about 100 miles. But if like me you like the car raw and aggressive, then yes I would. The vibration is not so bad, although when pulling away the dash...

I had the Vibratech mounts fitted at two techs yesterday. Good bits: *Steering feels sharper *Feels a tad quicker accelerating as you don't get the engine wobble. *Braking is improved slightly *Better turn in Marmite bits: *Sounds like a race car on start up *Vibrates the steering wheel...

Update: *Fitted the ultra racing rear strut brace. I fitted this myself about week and a half ago. Just haven't had an opportunity to take a nice picture in daylight. Fitting was a little fiddly, but got there in the end. Managed to get the missing bolts off Ktec too. I like the shape of it...
