Tackling this later. The new belts have arrived with the block connectors still attached so should be a simple plug and play affair. Re the rear quarter plastics, do they all just pull off? I tried the other night and they seemed quite tough to move!

Loving that shifter mod! Would you be able to do it with the exhaust/other things in place? It's something that really nags me with my car, and like you I can't justify a grand on a CAE.

Nice! They look perfect! I'm not a tall bloke and they were still too high for me, so any six footer would really struggle IMO.

Is there any way of getting the CS to sit any lower. My mine gripe with my old ones was they were still way too high. They always felt like you were sitting on the car, rather than in it. That was one of my main reasons for selling mine.

Wheels. 100%. They make or break a car. The OE finish is actually satin, rather than matte. You'd end up with ugly wheels if you ask for matte.

This car made me order a Mk3 and sell my 182. Simple as that.

I've had the car from new so it came with the OE Cup setup. I've since fitted H&R springs to those dampers and then refreshed the whole lot in January with new H&R springs and new OE Cup dampers. The ride is barely any different from OE. Really. They're a progressive spring but you do lose...

I'd be tempted to try the 3M stuff on eBay. They do look very odd without any.
