That is stupidly cheap for a semi slick :o. Just read a pretty good review of them on CS, they are actually very good comparing to the AD08's this guy is saying.. i.e Heat up quicker, very quite, better in the wet than them too. Only downside is 1.5mm less tread from new, but for the price that...

From what you said i'll probably go conti, I don't think semi slicks would be worth it for 1/2 track days a year on a daily car. And it looks like you've done some proper time on them! :)

If we talk continentals, for basically the same price you can get the Sport Contact 3 or 5's... 5 is better on fuel and wet. Arghhhh what tyres to go for.

I'm in the same boat. Need tyres, but torn between F1s or semi slicks haha.

Update I forgot about Almost forgot I installed a the headunit too! Now all I need is a 2 meter aerial extension lead to run under the seat up to the dash as the real radio unit is under the drivers seat. Pain.

I would mate but the problem is these tyre's will be on all year round, and I use the car daily to drive to work etc. Probably like 1-2 track days a year being realistic, so I thought i'd bet better off getting a premium-sporty road tyre?

FR4T inside! Paul who built it did a very tidy job. For e.g all the plumping is OEM pipes from 197/225, only thing that isn't OEM is the battery and induction bracket lol. Argh, I've heard the same thing but the opposite way round on those 2 tyres I'm proper stuck on what to buy!

Neil A. has bigger boost pipes and runs a cover :). Probably just a case of spacing up the mounting points mate, Paul who built my engine did it for him. Next week or so is new tyres! I'm currently swaying for Goodyear eagle F1 A2's, cant make my mind up! After that spraying the std intercooler...

Maybe a clip on the side of the plug? Does any one know if this will work with the meg conversion? As I've tried a ODB reader before and it had a hard time reading because of the inside is clio and engine ecu is a megane..
