Hi Phil, welcome to the forum. What kind of service history did the Clio come with? This would be a good place to start when trying to work out what might need doing to it.

C3RS200 Bilstein B14 vs CUP Pack stiffness

It’s interesting that you mentioned the rear spring rate being 4kg, I just went for the road ones as that’s what I drive the most. But from driving the car it runs nice and flat and the rear feels just as stiff as what the cup springs did. But, I’ve not had it on a track since I had them fitted.

C3RS200 Bilstein B14 vs CUP Pack stiffness

Yeah I have the road springs, I also have it setup as close as possible to the cup settings (height, camber) they have a good range of damper settings for stiffness, and to me it feels like a step up from how it felt on the cup suspension.

    Garage with clip north east

Hi mate, I ordered some resistors a while back thinking it would be easy but I failed to get them to work. I might end up trying to buy a clip for myself as I’m confident using pc software and the YouTube vids are useful as a guide.

C3RS200 Bilstein B14 vs CUP Pack stiffness

I’ve not got any experience with the Koni or b14’s but have recently fitted some yellow speed and I think they’re closer in terms of ride to your second video.

    Wheel alignment North East

Hi all, Can anyone recommend a garage that can do a full alignment on my Clio 200 up here in the north east? Someone who would be confident adding rear shims and making sure the whole setup is correct. Reason is my car pulling to the left and I’m constantly having to apply pressure to the right...

    Maidens1979 Clio 200 - clubsport build

Yeah I’ve been playing around with the ride height. I took a base measurement before I got them fitted and have set it up to be lower by 10mm all round. I’m trying to keep the characteristics of the cup chassis. One thing I’m trying to find info on is the hard and soft settings that they have...

    Maidens1979 Clio 200 - clubsport build

More work on the not so exciting parts. Managed to remove the sill kick plates without destroying them so hopefully they’ll go back on ok. Once the skirts where of I brushed away the dirt and dust and then washed everything down. I removed the grommets and cleaned around them. Once it’s all...
