Sound advice here^. I currently have the Nankang NS2R's and for the money (£100 each) they are bloody good. I previously had Yoko AD08R's which were £150 each (on my Civic Type R) and while they were better than the Nankangs, unsure whether the the increase in performance mirrored the price...

I have never been sure on Eagle F1's myself. I know they get great great reviews but then so do Toyo Tyres, and all of those which I have tried to date have been either poor or just ok at best (with the exception of the R888's which are amazing) Proxies are shockingly overrated imo. Ok...

That'll be why they are dogsh*t then if made of plastic! So it's either shock or top mount. Tedious. So need to buy a part that may not necessarily need changing. Is it a big job to do?
