My Renaultsport Machine - Glacier White Clio 200 Cup

Ok I wanted to remove my wheels last night and clean the insides of them and clean up the calipers etc. I'd recently bought some black plastic wheelnut covers to freshen up the nuts as follows, however, they just would not come off so had to drill a hole in the centres and then hook them out...

Centre caps - colours and options?

I looked those ones but you have to pay two lots of shipping for each pair. Plus their comms is absolutely horrendous and it takes forever to get an answer to any questions. In almost tempted to just stump up the £80 for them from Renault. Or you can remove the standard ones pop out the...

Cup 200 – Random one (electrical)

Ok so funnily enough (depending on how you look at it) I broke down in Halfords car park the other day. That is to say the battery just died completely. Luckily enough I was near Halfords so bought a new one and fitted it there and then! The lad was very decent let me borrow the tools to do it...

My Renaultsport Machine - Glacier White Clio 200 Cup

Couple more recent updates on this which I have finally got around to uploading the photos of. Got some new mats, new window seals (real nightmare job that was), and a new dash clock display surround as mine was scratched up. Also removed my speedo cluster and got rid of a dead bug that had...

Cup 200 – Random one (electrical)

Really. Ok that's interesting I'll maybe get a new battery then. Although it does should the green button up and it volt tested at 13 with the ignition off so not entirely sure that is the problem.

Cup 200 – Random one (electrical)

Thanks. Mine plays up until I turn off ignition completely, which has been the same as all my previous cars? However it appears not to be the case on the Clio. How odd. Also you guys are in 197's right (from your avatars) and not a 200 so perhaps they changed it? Anyways, just went out at...

    Chris Harris on 197

Is there a decent review video for the 200 by Evo magazine or Chris Harris as can only seem to find Autocar one's on youtube or Driven where they compare it to a Ford RS or the 182?

Cup 200 – Random one (electrical)

Ironically there doesn't' appear to be a specific section for electrical questions on the forum so I'll just put this here! Ok, so had my Clio a few weeks now and it’s been spot on so far. I have recently noticed a strange electrical phenomenon that I wonder you can help with. On occasion...

New design Brembo fitting pins -interest?

Thanks dude. These didn't show up on my work PC but do on my phone for some reason! So why are these better than the oem ones? They don't seize up? How much a set! Sorry I didn't have time to read the whole thread thanks. :)

    Ring Trip (Which Tyres?)

Sound advice here^. I currently have the Nankang NS2R's and for the money (£100 each) they are bloody good. I previously had Yoko AD08R's which were £150 each (on my Civic Type R) and while they were better than the Nankangs, unsure whether the the increase in performance mirrored the price...

    Eagle F1 A2 v Contisport

I have never been sure on Eagle F1's myself. I know they get great great reviews but then so do Toyo Tyres, and all of those which I have tried to date have been either poor or just ok at best (with the exception of the R888's which are amazing) Proxies are shockingly overrated imo. Ok...

Knocking noise from front left hand wheel area

That'll be why they are dogsh*t then if made of plastic! So it's either shock or top mount. Tedious. So need to buy a part that may not necessarily need changing. Is it a big job to do?
