These are my go to pad now. Embarrassing on the road because of the relentless squealing, but the braking performance is off the charts.

I did the RWD debate, but I'm very much a FWD fan. So after I ruled out the BMW's and so forth it was down to things like the megane, clio 4 and fiesta etc. I was close to pulling the trigger on a megane 4. But it just felt less involved than the 197.

I'll do a full update soon. Been a few bumps but engine side is done for now.

Hi, My 230 engine suffers from a problem. If I drive the car and get the engine up to temp, then for example; stop at a shop for a short while, allowing the engine to cool slightly then the problem occurs. Once I restart the car, I will have a misfire/loss of power in the first minute or two...

Hi Ben, Does that cage bolt into existing mounts or did it need drilling and plating? I see in their website they do a non weld half cage. I also want to go half cage but I don't want to drill holes. Cheers

I don't think they have put a heat shield as yet. Will have to ask about that. I know we've wrapped the downpipe/cat.

Hi, How would this work? Would you have to fit the 225 version of the shifter or the 197 version? From what I can see the cables would not work from the 197 version and the Megane version won't fit the shell? I'll be running the Megane R26 gearbox.

Had upper and lower balljoints replaced on the passenger side (lhd). Fixed now.
