I'm also no expert, so I don't want to come across as a nob. But from what I do know, the feathery rubber is graining. This happens because the tyre does not get into its working range. I think you'd gain to lower the pressure. I usually start a few psi below recommended book pressures. This...

I got curious after looking at your pics. Here's my fronts I had to replace for the MOT. My settings are further up the thread. This is after two track day's at Zaandvoort.

Mine wanders at 2.6, so I'm going with a hard yes. You're only running on part of the tyre so much smaller contact patch

You'd have to be really leaning on the car to get the most out of a tyre with 3.5 camber in my opinion. I can't see many of us on here generating that much lateral load on track.

    Big Bens non Clio

Love the fuel setup. It's very much needed as under half a tank on long fast bends I get the surge. I might have to copy this :)

Clio 3 RS F1 Team R27 Meglio - it will be a trackcar

I've never really suffered from high engine temps as the cooling system seems to keep up and the rad gets decent enough air flow. Problem for me is the engine bay temperature. There's not great airflow and so heatsoak can be a problem. Since yours is a track day car I recommend jacking the...

    2012 clio 3RS RB7 #166

I'll have to get out to Spa again soon, really enjoyed the last session there. I have to admit though, when it comes to driving standards I'm very much of the 'if you can't beat them, join them camp'. I've become a lot more aggressive since participating in European sessions. I've found the...

    Airtec Motorsport Header Tank

There's nothing performance about it, it's just a reservoir. The cap is not the best either. It's not the best use of money.

    Hello from the Netherlands

I did indeed. Its an R27 with and R26 engine and gearbox. Built by Veban for the most part with Madeno doing the suspension.

    MK3 200 vs E36 325i

Corners at 100mph+ and to me, you can feel the back end is light. You don't get that feeling in the bigger platform. Was the same with the 205 and 309. 309 felt more confident in the high speed stuff. Also agree, never would I say the Clio is unstable, just a bigger raft will always be more...
