I have a tailgate from a GT, when I tried to sell it a guy asked to buy it but only wanted the spoiler and asked if i'd post him just the spoiler. I did and now have a spoiler less tailgate in my unit, I can confirm that the top of the tailgate is different and you'd definitely not get any...

I found a part on ebay a few years ago that fits in place of the radio to give you a pocket/tray in the hole. It was a Renault part, next time i'm in the garage i'll try and dig it out to get a part number.

The cups have manual mirrors so it's perhaps that that stops it not being fitted. If the electric mirrors are the only ones with the sensor in them.

The easiest way to tell if it's a cup against anything else is 'does it have a proper key?' Cups had a key, anything else has a key card, full fats, full fats with a cup pack etc.

No plaques but the 197 cups are rarer than an F1 (R27).

I've used the main dealer network but with poor results, I use mark black at midlands Renault specialists. Not sure which part of Yorkshire you are from but if you normally travel to Lincolnshire he might be nearer.
