It's 286bhp and around the same torque, we kept it around 280 because of the Clio box. Unsure of the rates they were from a Clio cupracer Nothing yet, car will be going back for shorter springs and once I'm used to the car he will then shim the rears. But not until I'm used to/like this set...

Ideally you'd want to match the front and rears, no the tears don't brake much comparing to fronts but to keep it balanced it's always good to keep them all same. Stay clear of ebc if you plan any track time.

To be safe I threw a paddle clutch, uprated slave cylinder and 660 fluid and fluchs oil. I'm running 286, similar torque and not had any issues yet. Depends how it's driven tbh. Users break the gearboxes by ramming the gears, need to wait to the gears to catch up, no need to force gears.

I've been told the only thing you gain is slightly better internals, you do not get vvt which the 250 engine has and the 225 ecu cannot be made to use this. ive just had mine mapped and was talking to the tech. That's his words, your cheaper to forge the 225 engine if you want to go over 300 safely
