looking for some info on the front suspension arms. Can the ball joint be replaced on its own and are there any uprated bushes available.

I have used the millers 75/140 oil in my I press box at over 500Lb/ft this will not cause any issues with the synchro's. The reason people use this oil is more for shock load protection for the gears if anything it will protect more than a standard oil.

This was my Impreza on the Dyno at start of this season and the Dyno graph it made 551 wheel horse power and weighed 1068kg with fuel.

Are these still available, I have just had the same issue as most have already seen. I have no idea what Renault were thinking when they designed these. The Impreza Brembo set up uses an R clip similar to these and I have never had an issue.

That opens another question, if there are no issues with the Clio blocks why do a Megan conversion or is it just because it's an easier packaged transplant

Thanks for all the replies, theproblem is the weight of these cars even stripped and caged I think you would be at 1050kg, for what I want to do I would need just under 350 WHP/tonne with me in the car and with fuel. I really don't think that is achievable

The car was for my older lad David who is looking for a nice 200 Cup with recaro's and rear spoiler. We would have paid £6750 and collected it from Peterhead north of Aberdeen this weekend but cheapest owner would go was £7400 which for me was too expensive. So still looking.

Yes the one above doesn't have recaro's or the rear spoiler but you can see a comparison in terms of cost for a similar car without some of the mods.
