215 AD08R on mine. Hardly a skinny setup :D Any more would definitely rub with my offset and I drive it pretty hard.

If the passenger seats are there, you must have the required safety equipment for each seat. With everything removed from the back, including all belts, they should only have to test the front two seats.

A non-Cup 200 is a very squishy thing though. I can't say I noticed any harshness difference from standard Cup springs to H&Rs. Road or track.
