I would say so. Plastic weld would sort that. You'd need to use something like that so it would still have some give in it and flex with the rest of the bumper.

I can also vouch for Jack's work. It's worth the wait! I went with full grey alcantara as the car isn't daily driven (and I think it looks horny)
