Try pushing down directly on the part of the arm of the mount that's attached to the engine and see if it moves (much). If it does it could be the problem.

It may would help if you could provide a video with somebody standing outside and filming the engine bay while you blip the gas?

Yes, but 215/40 R18 and the AD08R are a bit "meatier" than for example the Contis that were on there before.
