I have one fitted against the firewall behind the airbox. You don’t need the PMS breather plate stock is fine. I blanked off the inlet on the intake manifold and just fitted a filter to the catch can. I had a pipe with a tap fitted to the bottom to make draining easy. From what I understand...
Disconnect the sensor and just put a piece of wire in each connector on the sensor and wrap with electrical tape and put the sensor in the battery box then just remove the mounting bracket completely. I did that and no warnings on dash.
Has anyone used products from this company, racing fuel.es?

They have four different final drives for the Clio all a pretty hardcore but they do have a 4.85 final drive which could be good.
Get it checked out by a Renault tech. Mine had emissions light come on but drove fine. Changed the lamda sensor and the emissions light came back ended up being a faulty precat.
This is my opinion. I only had my manifold reworked because the CAT in the manifold was causing faults if I didn’t need to I wouldn’t of changed anything my fexis were 11 years old and still perfect and the akra with the stock manifold worked perfectly together. Now that I have the reworked...
I’ve just done Y-pipe, directly after manifold fitted a 100cell cat which joins akra just before emissions sensor and it’s great. Car isn’t really louder than stock but feels a bit more keen. I do have a flat spot between 1300 and 2300rpm but I’m getting a remap done soon.
My buddy has a black 197 in Cape Town. He got a new exhaust manifold at Noisey Boys exhausts so that’s at least one part you can get there. There is also a Aussie forum, OZRS, and there’s another SAFR on there who might know a few spots in SA.
Hey Etienne. The 197 is a lekka car reminds me of the Mk2 Golf 16v just more modern. I hope you can make it nice in SA I know nobody there rates Renault very much. Hopefully parts are also easy to come by. Cheers bru
Has anyone used the Hankook RS4 tyres as a arrive and drive track day tyre? I’m looking at getting a set. Very good value for money here in Aus. at $150 a tyre and people seem to rate them but not seen any Clio drivers use them.
