If they have been timed with OE spec, you should not have any damage, just an issue with the valves not being fully closed and low compression as a result. If they are badly timed, then yes it could be worse than that.

If you track your car regularly, -1.5 degrees isnt enough to wear the tires evenly, but that restriction is from the topmount not the coilover. You could run virtually any suspension setup and still run into the limitation of shifting the top mounts inward to a max of -2ish degrees.

Washer bottle will be in the way regardless. Cleanest way will be to use the 3D printed ducts in place of the fog lights themselves.

Hard to say really. Gearbox was rebuilt in late 2018, and in the 2.5 years since the rebuild I have done around 35,000+ kms (I think). That include easily 12 track days, and at least 4 or 5 on 240 TW tires. Feels just as good as day 1.

I would also ask for service history - if its a fast road car thats mostly stock, at this age and higher mileage you will be staring down the barrel of a lot of repairs to get it in good shape for track days. Ask me how I know....

It isnt so much an upgrade as replace with fresh ones. The upper and lower engine mounts can go 2-4 years or so before they collapse enough for the manifold to touch the subframe. I elected to get powerflex inserts and they have done the trick so far, but that increases vibrations in the car...

If you want to validate the O2 sensor is fine, you can swap the upstream and downstream sensors straight away and see if that resolves the issue.
