That sounds like the usual synchro issue, but losing the ability to move forward in traffic sounds more like clutch issue - maybe it overheated? Do you get any slip if you do hard shifts at the top of the rev range in lower gears?

I would bet money on worn lower ball joints. My car felt the same, wandering all over the road when they were worn out.

If you run a smaller battery I would suggest getting a cutoff switch as well if you dont plan on dailying the car. That, or get a battery charger and keep the car plugged in often.

KW kit should come with a manual that recommends a min and max ride height for their dampers, mine did.

Depends on the road, but run 1-2 clicks higher bump in the rear than the front to help with rotation. Dial up rebound until the car feels skittish or braking is impacted negatively (ABS kicking in earlier or you are skipping over bumps instead of travelling over them).

Kangarooing? Like the car is lurching and you have to let off the throttle to let it settle down? If that is the case that's a common issue with our cars. Quickest thing to try to address that is zip tie the MAF sensor on the left side of the intake manifold so its not moving around so much...

Fuel economy depends on so many things - what is the car telling you your average consumption is? Can you be more specific about the car feeling out of control on uneven roads? What specifically is happening, what are you doing in that situation?

Its a combo of tire pressure camber and setup - unfortunately there is no real fast fix. You will have to play with each of these one at a time to figure out how to get the most even wear on the tires. For pressures, first see what the manufacturer recommends for hot temps. AR1s run better...

So the PMS unit doesnt have the neutral locator springs? does that mean I have to purposefully put it into the center, etc?

Yea I saw this earlier, but I want to be able to revert to stock without much hassle, including filling in holes etc. Definitely looks like a good bit of kit!

Next time it happens put your hand on the mesh grill to verify that's the issue.

Are you poly-bushed on your mounts? Sounds an awful lot like the tweeter grill up in the corner the dash - they arent glued or anything and make a terrible buzzing noise once they become loose.
