The overhaul has begun! Managed to find a set of Cooksport springs for a good price, which turned up a couple of days ago. Seemed silly not to give it a bit of a drop if I was taking it apart anyway. The 200 Cup front shocks, new top mounts and new lower arms arrived from RPD earlier this week...

It looks quite neat, though would obviously require custom hoses, so may be just as easy to relocate the existing tank over a bit. I also answered the rad clearance question with a bit of reading. Looks like there is a piece of plastic above the rad which you have to make a hole through, then...

I bet the maintenance is a bit cheaper on the Clio. I have heard some monumental horror stories about the V10 M5 :tearsofjoy:

Had a delivery this morning, new set of Asymmetric 5s to go on the R3 wheels: They had basically new AD08Rs on them, but I didn't really want to run those as a road tyres, so will sell them on. Need to fit the Speedlines onto the car, but debating new wheel bolts. Should probably buy...

I'm a bit torn on these. I really like the design of the wheels, as they are very similar to the old style Compomotive five spokes, but I am not totally convinced they suit the shape of the 197/200. Ultimately though, wheels are totally subjective, so if you like them, go for it! Provided you...

Looks nice on those wheels I must say. I like the gear knob too, same as my old Mégane had. Much nicer than the stock one. Would like to change mine for something a bit better.
