Welcome to the forum, Winston! As above, the window seals are available on ebay, I think they're around £9 each IIRC. It's a straightforward job to replace them, just make sure you remove ALL of the old glue residue, or the new ones won't stay stuck on for very long.

I personally would be reluctant to drive the car with it making that noise and with it behaving the way it is. Do you have breakdown cover? Is it worth calling them out on the pretense you need to use the car and have them take a look over it?? They would be able to hopefully give you a clear...

There have been some recent changeovers to a secure SSL https site, so this may be the root of some of the issues you are seeing. Nik has very kindly been sorting all this out, and did suggest there may be one or two small issues.
