If im driving in gear and then take my foot off the accelerator, when the car stops coasting and 'engages', when it starts engine braking i think... it makes a clonk/tap noise, mostly in 2nd/3rd I don't think its much to worry about as i usually keep accelerating, or brake/dip the clutch, and...

if id done all of that, taking into account how little gains youll get from doing anything else i'd spend the rest on a european holiday hitting the alps in your car, the money will go on ferries, hotels, petrol & food easily. and a nice xmas pressie for the missus ;)

I went for the sabelt myself as wanted a quality harness, i might try & cover up the sabelt signs though as i just want em black

Cool, ill stick with what i got as i paid £89 for it only a few months ago, but for the future i'll definitely look into the underseat option, i'll wait til i can sell on this sub first I know next time i have a girlfriend i gotta have that underseat in there ;)

what gauge wiring did you guys use on the underseat subs? my current sub came with a 10 gauge wiring kit & i have a friend with the same pioneer underseat but he didn't do the install so won't know what cables being used, if i can use it with my wiring kit i'll give it a try as i could do with...

the speakers fit right onto the factory slot, i did get the feeling using nylon screws might solve the problem, but the metal speaker will still touch metal on the car which is likely to be the underlying cause, that or faulty batch of speakers
