Welcome to the site! Love the cars. My mate had an H-reg GT just like that back in 1996, at the time I couldn't get my parents on board with paying for one, or the insurance so I ended up with an XR2 instead!
Anyways - plastic bits on the sunvisors - mine have done the same and it looks like...
Lol, mine shattered into many pieces, no chance of gluing. I’m gonna live with it for now, I suspect any 2nd hand visors off eBay will break real easy too, and new parts will likely be ££ that are better spent elsewhere. When you’re driving you don’t notice anyway.
Thanks to @craigovy for the door card removal how-to: https://clio197.net/threads/renault-clio-mk3-door-card-external-handle-removal-guide.63550/
Now I know how to get the inner door pull trim off.
It's just the pesky sunvisor retainer clips to sort now.
Doing some prodding around with the interior I noticed the covers on the outsides of the sunvisors on both sides were hanging loose. I pushed them back in and they both snapped into pieces, obvs brittle plastic. See pics. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have a workable possible...
As the title suggests, having some work done on the car, on a ramp. Stuggling to figure out how to set keyless so it's the equivalent of position II on a normal ignition, so steering lock doesn't come on when working on the car.
