think i may of put to much oil in filter,just had a look and there was a white puddle at bottom of airbox. might have to clean again and oil just a little.itg say you never have to clean,but it looked dirty.

Funny aint it.out of all the cars i have owned the 197 is the most sensitive to slight changes that dont effect other performance cars.maybe thats why its not the easiest car to tune.

dont no if the weather getting cooler is helping the the 197,but since cleaning the ITG filter it seems to be pulling much better in all gears.the filter was not that dirty so cant really be that.anyone else noticed better performance.

dont wast your money.V6 air box/resite batterey to boot.

just cleaned filter useing petrol as recomended by ITG.but should i oil the filter on both sides or just the underside.i must just say MERLIN MOTORSPORT where very good getting the itg retention oil to me in one day.any thoughts on this.

Well the CLIO badge is off.just let it sit in the sun for an hour and it just came off.bit of wd40 to remove glue,then srp and the jobs done.cant put any pics up as laptops gone down.anyone no how to post pics to site from iphone

There is not much on market that can go round corners better than a renaultsport clio 197/200.

This one was rolling about all over the place,thought it was going over a couple times.

I have just had a bit of a race with one of these horrid looking little cars.they dont hang about thats for sure.i would think that it had been chiped up because it kept up with me until roundabouts,then it was all over the place.no competition really but i was very surprised.
