    Used F1 prices

All Renaultsport Clios have been built in Dieppe, apart from the Swedish built Phase 1 V6s. 197 prices in general are dropping probably down to the fact that the 200 has been around for over a year now. I imagine it would be pretty hard to shift a car in January, as everyone will be skint...

Although these were taken on one of the airfield days I used to take my 182 to, back in 2006! Here is some video too: http://s22.photobucket.com/albums/b328/trailerparktrev/?action=view&current=PB190022.flv

    Used F1 prices

I got £8750 for my October 07 R27, when I traded it for the 200 a couple of weeks back. I thought it was a bit cheap, but it was still £750 more than what I'd been offered at a Saab dealership six weeks earlier. Also, will the R27 be the model that everyone will want in a few years time?? I...

What mods have you done to your 200...

KW Variant 1s and an ITG panel filter. (But these were both lifted from my old 197 R27.)

    My 200 on Coilovers

Warranty wouldn't cover a suspension problems - but seeing as it's KW suspension and not Renault then I wouldn't make a claim anyway. Anything else then the Renault warranty is still valid.

    My 200 on Coilovers

No rubbing on my car. They didn't on the R27 either.

    New R27 Owner Saying Hello!

Hello - Superb choice of vehicle. I had one for almost three years.

    My 200 on Coilovers

Stiffness is pretty much stiff, but the drive is great. They were great when fitted to my R27, improved it no ends and I think much the same with the 200. I would recommend them to anybody with a 197 or 200. Think I'm going to be keeping the wheels in the anthracite for the moment. Oh and...

Yep you're right on the bushes and no they're not standard tints. But they look good.

    My 200 on Coilovers

Got the KW Variant 1 coilovers that were previously on my R27 fitted to my 200 today by Rentech in Portsmouth, today. They had to do a slight adjustment to the bushes on the rear shocks, but nothing major. Car looks a helluva lot better now sat on the lower set up. The way the car looks...

Not a Clio but a RS

I take it the induction kit didn't work too well?

OK picked up the new car and now have a question.

Not a lot really Woody. I prefer the 197's looks and the sound of it's exhaust note. But the steering is much more responsive on the 200 and the availability of more torque lower down the rev range is handy.

OK picked up the new car and now have a question.

Ummmm....... It's all right - Am now in the "I really liked my old car (the R27) so why did I change?" frame of mind - But I am sure that'll change.

OK picked up the new car and now have a question.

Excuse the terrible picture. This is in my service book: After more scrutinising of above book it seems it is 12,000 miles or two years for the 200.

My service book is different to this ^ I'll have to scan it in as a comparison and believe me, I've scrutinised the ****ing manual!

    Bought a 200, last Friday

Decals are off. The coilovers I have are KW Variant 1s, so not fully adjustable. But when they were fitted to my R27 they coped really well at Cadwell Park, last year.

Yah the graphics will be going. I wasn't too sure about them when I first saw them at the dealers and they haven't grown on me since. I take it a hairdryer should do the job? Coilovers will be fitted next Monday.
