    Tinted headlights/rear lights

I know it's a complete price jump but projectors on the front of a 197 look 100000 times better than tinted standard lights imo

    Replacing Standard Exhaust

Just make sure it's a nice clean cut on the exhaust when they take it off and it'll be fine to re use at a later date.

    Ktec induction kit

It's not a noticeable power difference. Noise wise though, it's unreal. Maybe a tiny bit too loud infact as I can't hear my ktec exhaust from inside at full chat just my induction.

    New Megane Trophy 275 confirmed...

Upset it isn't as lairy as a r26.r No cage, perspex windows, carbon bonnet etc. Still a nice piece of kit though. Hopefully the facelift means 250s will drop slightly and I can finally get one!

    BTCC Thruxton Sunday

Thruxton is a great spectator circuit as it's flat in the middle so you can see most of the circuit. When I go I always stand near campbell I think it is. Good for overtaking under braking etc. Parking wise it's all a big field. Just get there as early as you can to get closer to the entrance...

Ken block castrol v football ?

Ken Block is an awesome advertising tool. Also a massive tool. Can't stand the bloke. I enjoyed the first couple of gymnkana videos but now I'm a little bored of the concept.

    Am I unlucky ?

In all my years of being a clio sport owner, I've only been spotted a couple of times. Gave up doing spotted posts about other cars as hardly any of the owners use the forums down this way.

    Thoughts on k-tec

As a part supplier they're fantastic but I couldn't comment on their mechanical abilities. All the rolling road figures I've seen have been far too high though.

Legoland - is it worth it? (And other attractions)

I loved lego land when i was a kid and think I still would now tbh. I think Lego land is part of the Merlin group though so probably cost a fair wack. Look at Tesco club card deals and other online vouchers to save where you can. Also as stated above, any food outlet onsite will cost a bomb...

    Opinions on the 197 Cup

If they replace the bolsters and a decent company do it, it'll be fine. Going on Parkers price guide 6500 seems bang on the money for that spec and mileage. Just make sure they do the full service, aux and cambelt water pump etc. Not looking forward to paying for mine :(

    Opinions on the 197 Cup

7 grand. Jesus. I can see a little wear on 2 bolsters of the drivers Recaros too. So realisticly your looking at a minimum of £650 for the belts (which judging by the age of it are due now or are overdue) around £250 for the seat repairs. Without the belts and seats done I'd offer 5k for that.
