Depends what you're after. If you want noise and lots of it, then yes. If you're looking for power increases only, you're not going to get a noticeable difference over your panel filter IMO.

Yes it is quite a loud system. Quite alot of the track days at Donnington are a 98db limit, last time I was on track mine was 96db (with decat too).
