What to apply SRP & EGP with?

I'm no detailer but like to keep my car pretty clean, thinking about giving it a go over with Auto Glym SRP and EGP. What should i be applying these with, Halfords polishing pads OK? Also i have a rotator cuff injury that is seriously painful when polishing so was looking at the Halfords...

    Brakes not 'great'

I gotta say i'm not much of a heavy braker TBH (don't like the brake dust on my shiney wheels!) Hopefully that'll sort it.

    Brakes not 'great'

My brakes don't feel that good when wanting to stop from 70mph+ They work for a second then they feel like they're glazed over even though their not. Not had the car long so have nothing to compare it to. They seem OK other than that. Pads and discs both look good. Will probably get the fluid...

Air box sound reduction trumpet removal (My experience)...

So got bored today and removed the trumpet and blocked the vac pipe. Engine completely standard otherwise. I can definatley confirm a noise increase lower down the revs (engine sounds very nice now I can actually hear it), can't feel any gain in performance (as expected) but more importantly...

    NA v Turbo

Personally prefer the driving sensation of a decent NA. Its what Renault Sport is all about IMO. Just sold a mapped S3 for the 197, turbo/AWD suited the Audi perfectly but for me the Clio has to be NA.

    Forza 4 Clio Cup Series

Ralli Di Postiano for when its my choice. Its definatley suited to RWD/AWD rally cars so will be interesting to see how we can tune the Clios to deal with it.

    Where to buy H&R springs?

I've not seen any so can't compare the 2, i just know i like the stance of the 197 as standard with its nose down a bit, would just like the whole lot a little lower. Awsome GTI seem to also do 30mm all round H&R's (£35 cheaper than K-Tec too)...
