    Just used the impact gun to buzz them off then nip them back up on lowest setting then torque with the wrench. Car is only 5 days old so no rust ;)

    Yeah that tierod was a b'stard. It snapped one of my impact torx bits!!!!!!!!!!!!! but once it was cracked it was fine. And the rest just buzzed off in seconds. Took me longer to jack it up and get the wheels off than it did to swap the struts!.

    I undone these 2 bolts, this allows you to push the wishbone down out the way and then move the hub assemly down enough for the strut to pop out.

    :blink: I've just done the fronts on my 200 and it has taken me about 25 minutes a side...and I've never done it before!

    As above, press it without putting your foot on the brake. If that doesn't work then typicla french electrical gremlins ;)

    This is what I do. Local powdercoater does a set of 4 for £10 ;) + they do alloys day in day out so know what they are doing.

    I wasn't keen on these at first...but my 200 has got a black roof from factory and after seeing it in person it looks the nuts. After seeing it in person, the 200 really needs it to break up the front. :) Looks spot on.
