So do I have to take the steering wheel off?

The steering wheel insert is a must I know! How easy does it come off ? Is it just stuck on?

There's nothing for them to go in to? The only other thing to go on is the plastic surrounds.

Just get a thin screwdriver in one of the gaps around the outer edge of the surround (the silver painted bit), once you get it popped it will put out easy, don't be scared though there's no clips to break or wires to come out. Once it's out you can split the painted bit by clips but it's simple...

Nah I have my own plate already and I was maybe going to buy a new one privately !

Then I'd also have to buy insurance and cancel it, and I'm currently banned until January so that's temporarily £1300 out of pocket and it's too much hassle for a private plate
